With that compliance does come some sacrifice. It is very important that a thin and even layer is applied to the surface. The work time is fantastic, but requires an eagle eye and two passes on the panel with a quality microfiber to ensure all of the excess material has been removed. \u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eThe cure time of \u003cstrong\u003eNero\u003c\/strong\u003e is very specific. Without the use of infrared, 7 days before being washed is an absolute must. Avoid touching the paint during this time. This will vary for each user based on temperature and humidity, but fair warning to be intentional with your process after install. \u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eCare for \u003cstrong\u003eNero\u003c\/strong\u003e on any surface should utilize pH neutral methods on a regular basis. You may use an alkaline or acidic wash method when needed to restore the hydrophobics of the ceramic. I recommend this is done yearly IF needed. \u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003e\u003cb\u003eStorage:\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eAny ceramic coating should be stored in a cool, dark place with no exposure to sunlight and extreme temps. \u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eAn unopened bottle should roughly have a year of shelf life. Once a bottle has been opened and exposed to air, the remainder should generally be used within the next 30 days. The coating, in most cases, can be 'shelved' for longer, but there is no implicit shelf life once a container is opened.
